Welcome to Tushiyah. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the tushiyah.yaddof.com website operated by Brady Yaddof.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tushiyah, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Tushiyah is a digital platform providing users with customized, AI-assisted Christian scriptural guidance, and devotional practices based on user-provided context ("Burden"). Tushiyah operates on a currency system called "Stars," where one Star is consumed per successful guidance request.

3. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

Tushiyah is intended for spiritual comfort, reflection, and entertainment purposes only. The guidance provided by the application does not substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified mental health professional.

4. Accounts and Currency (Stars)

When you create an account with us through Google Authentication, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. New accounts are granted one (1) complimentary Star. Additional Stars may be purchased via our storefront using Gumroad. Stars have no cash value outside of the application and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to submit inputs that are illegal, abusive, harassing, or otherwise designed to generate content that violates Christian principles or the terms of our service providers.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for purchases made on Tushiyah are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided inputs), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Brady Yaddof.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brady Yaddof, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
